Mickey Gubman was born in Uruguay, with a Spanish speaking mother and English speaking father.  He earned his bachelor's degree at Cal State Fullerton.

Mickey worked at Tennant Company for 30 years in various divisions.  His focus was setting up small distributorships in Latin America.  He was responsible for helping build each one using processes and systems that paved the way for success.

At Stanford University, Mickey graduated from the Executive Graduate Program where he specialized in "Small and Growing Companies".

Mickey has been providing private business coaching services since 2013.
